Efficient, non-polluting production of metals and alloys will revolutionize the production of steel, ferroalloys, and other metals. Molten oxide electrolysis (MOE) is a platform for a suite of metals extraction technologies employing the high-efficiency electrochemical process that of superior quality at lower cost without greenhouse gas emissions and provides flexibility in raw materials. Oxygen gas is the by-product of MOE which emits no CO2, no SO2, and no NOx.  We predict energy efficiency gains at the industrial scale as high as 50% over today’s existing metallurgical facilities.

Pollution-free production of steel, ferro alloys and many other metals including titanium and rare earths.  That's our goal.
